JIT'ing Retrospectives

This session dealt with my desire to have retrospectives Just-in-Time and manage improvement efforts with a Kanban-like approach. Selfishly, I want to implement this at my new job at VersionOne. There's a lot of context to provide around the screenshots below that I'll get to this evening.

 

Ultimately we created a retrospective Kanban that kind of jives with the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. The goal here is to have a retrospective exactly when it's needed and to track our progress on items of continuous improvement (Kaikaku & Kaizen).
